Operation Stock The Closet
Dear Sorors,
This summer, we are partnering with John E. Codwell Elementary School, a school that has a primary African American student body and has many needs that have been affected by budget cuts and changes beyond their control. Psi Mu Omega is ready to step in the gap and partner with this amazing and unique school in a Back to School Initiative called “Operation Stock The Closet”.
An Amazon Wish List has been created and we are encouraging each member to visit this Amazon Wish List Page found at: https://amzn.to/45nkoBi. Please consider purchasing at least one uniform set - shirt/pants and be a blessing to this school and families who may not be able to afford the cost of uniforms. When making a purchase, please select that it is a gift and enter your name.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Soror Donna Jones, the co-chair of the Uplift Our Local Community Committee, at (713) 898-8443. We are asking that all uniforms are purchased by August 18, 2024, to allow sufficient time for delivery to the location.
We as a chapter will deliver the uniforms to the campus on September 3, 2024. All Sorors who would like to be present for this delivery are welcome to attend. Please check the PMO Member Forum during the summer for details on the delivery.
